Coteq Netbeheer (energy infrastructure management) manages the electricity and gas network in a large part of Twente and the Salland municipality of Hardenberg. They ensure that energy suppliers can supply electricity and gas, are responsible for the connection and manage the energy meters of both private and business customers.
Questions need to be answered and people need help with applying for a smart gas meter or connection, for example. It is a challenge to support and guide the customer in this as well as possible. That is why we asked Stimmt to set up a suitable website, built in CraftCMS, that can help you with this as much as possible. Many users come to the website with specific questions. In order to be able to offer all those specific questions and information in a structured way, Stimmt and Coteq concluded in the strategic phase that the new information portal was going to set up the website in a question-dialogue centred way.
Service is key!
The website does not aim to generate leads, but really acts as a source of information. The Coteq Netbeheer website revolves around an optimal customer experience. The user easily finds what he/she is looking for and questions are answered with intuïtive navigation and search options. Forms are also easy to fill in, so that the service desk is less burdened.
From different angles and viewpoints
The information on the website is very diverse and versatile. Depending on a user’s needs the website of Coteq Netbeheer can be visited directly, from google or during a help desk call. For this and other reasons, it was decided to offer the option above the fold on the homepage to navigate directly to specific detailed pages or to highlight current (news) items that are relevant to the visitor. Any known outages or service disruptions are also clearly displayed here.
The link with Cogas
It is important that there is a visual link with Cogas’ style. We have been given the freedom to upgrade the style of Coteq and also incorporate the style of Cogas. We have mainly implemented this in the shapes of the style elements, in order to create extra recognisability for the visitor.
